The room had everything we needed and it was kept in good shape. Plus, wow, the view from our window overlooking the beach was simply breathtaking! 🌅 the location was great too, not too far from the charming old town area.

Very friendly efficient and attentive staff in all circumstances!!
Comfy beds, huge rooms and good bath. Stunning location just next door to the protected bay like beach with lifeguards right at the waters edge and shops, malls and beaches and the waffle house in Ramsgate, and free parking. Also, expecially by the coast.

This hotel is located near shops, making it convenient for guests to do some shopping during their stay. The restaurant here offers average food, so you can expect decent meals without any disappointments. Moreover, the hotel is virtually right on the beach, allowing guests to easily access the beautiful sandy shores. The service here is top-notch, with the staff understanding the value of customer service and going above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs.
I highly recommend this hotel to others looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location, service, and amenities provided make it a perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving stay at this hotel. the staff were incredible, offering complimentary drinks and snacks on our arrival and departure. the hotel is perfectly located near the beach and shops, making it easy to get around. What we loved the most was the beautiful view from our balcony, definitely the highlight of our stay. the room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
the aircon in our room was faulty, and the shower had low water pressure, making it difficult to take a proper shower.

I loved the beachfront location, and my room had a huge terrace with braai facilities and a breathtaking view of the beach. The pool area and bar were excellent, and the friendly porter and reception staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful.
No complaints.

Located on the South Coast, this resort offers stunning sea views and is walking distance to a safe blue flag beach. The units are well-maintained, clean and equipped with high-standard cutlery and amenities. Guests can enjoy relaxing on the huge patio with a braai while taking in the ocean breeze. Additionally, the pool area is well-kept and comfortable, providing a great area to unwind after a long day at the beach.
The resort lacks a small gym for guests who want to maintain their fitness routine during their stay.

The hotel had great facilities that were enjoyable for the entire family, including fun activities that kept the kids entertained. The bar, coffee shop, and security staff were all very professional and polite. The location was also great, with easy walking access to the beach.
The check-in process was disorganized and frustrating. We had to wait for almost 3 hours to get checked in, and the reception staff didn't seem to have any order in allocating parking.
